KTL-Restorations Heading to SEMA 2018

The KTL Restorations Team has been keeping a secret, and we are excited to be able to finally let the cat out of the bag…BASF has selected our current Glasurit by BASF “Lethal Cat” refinishing project to be featured on the show floor, at the 2018 SEMA Event at the Las Vegas Convention Center!

Kurt Lawrance is known for his high-quality paint finishes through unique self-taught techniques utilizing top of the line BASF products.

Kurt acquired his painting skills on his own, leading to his one of a kind method of applying the perfect professional finish. After his father’s passing (Thomas Lawrance) in 2014, Kurt, alongside his wife Crystal and the KTL team, carries on the family tradition of resurrecting Mercury Cougars and other fine classics.

On June 10, 2014, a fire led to the demise of the highlighted Competition Yellow 1970 Eliminator with a black Houndstooth interior is fondly known as the “Lethal Cat”. This wild animal sports a 428 Cobra Jet under the hood paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. Follow us as KTL Restorations renews the cat’s nine lives and unveils the final product on the first day at SEMA. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and subscribe on YouTube!

If you have any question please contact us on our contact page! Thanks, Kurt!
