Mr. Trout’s 1989 Ford Bronco – Eddie Bauer Edition

The Project

Full size SUV’s are some of the most popular vehicles for getting restored or customized. The reintroduction of the Ford Bronco in recent years has helped fuel this resurgence of these classic vehicles, many of which were commonly seen on the road during the 1980’s. Such is the case with this 1989 full size Bronco. This particular project presents us with an opportunity to concentrate more on the cosmetic enhancements moreso than mechanical ones. For this project we started with doing a full media blast on the body to strip away existing paint, while cleaning the metal and helping us identify body work that needed to be done. Once our team completed the body work, the truck hit the booth for a fresh paint job utilizing BASF paint products. Once the paint is complete, our team will be handling the final assembly so we can return this stunning Eddie Bauer edition Bronco back to Mr. Trout, the owner.
